The Resolution

I just received this response from the Elite Chemical Company in response to my complaint to them a short time ago on the packaging of their Gas Line Anti-Freeze.

While I can applaud them for their rapid response to my concerns, it was a mere form letter response. I hope they don't bother their Quality Control team with my concerns should they be dumping raw sewage in the rivers and
by-ways of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
